You are eligible for a return if you haven’t received your order within the guaranteed delivery time as described in this section. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Our policy lasts for 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement. We only replace items if they were delivered defective or damaged. In a case like this, send us an email with a photo of the product attached at customerservice@zanehellas.com If your case is being approved, we will resend your order.
