If, however, for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you can return it or ask for a refund.

    Our policy lasts for 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. You are eligible for a return if you haven’t received your order within the guaranteed delivery time as described in this section. To ask for a refund please contact us at customerservice@zanehellas.com & we will refund your order. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  2. Replacement procedure

    Our policy lasts for 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement. We only replace items if they were delivered defective or damaged. In a case like this, send us an email with a photo of the product attached at customerservice@zanehellas.com If your case is being approved, we will resend your order.

  3. Late or missing refunds

    * If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. * Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. Here at Zane Hellas, we take the situation related to minimizing the spread of the corona virus (COVID-19) and the associated responsibility towards our employees and customers very seriously.

During this challenging period for all humanity where the demand for oregano oil surged, we never thought of taking advantage of the situation and our customers and we kept our prices constant.

Also, we are trying hard to keep all our products available to our loyal customers. Our E-shop is open again but with some adjustments.

  1. All orders are fulfilled by TNT (Fedex) meaning that you will receive your order in 2-4 days. Free shipping is no longer available although a part of the cost of this advanced service is covered by Zane Hellas.
  2. Unfortunately, some countries are excluded as delivery services are not available by the courier company.
  3. There is a limit on every order up to approximately 8 pcs as we want to serve as many as possible.
