When you place an order, it is processed immediately. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email. All orders are shipped through the Hellenic Post.

Shipping fees for website orders:

Orders under 58.99 euros incur a shipping cost of 12.18 euros.
Orders of 59 euros or more ship free.

All product prices are calculated in Euro (€) and include all taxes. When your country’s currency differs, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

EU customers can choose FedEx for delivery.

FedEx sets the rates for this service.

Please note that Zane Hellas is not responsible for any delays in FedEx delivery services.

Shipments to the United States,

Important Notice for Orders Shipped to the United States

Due to current import regulations, all shipments to the United States are subject to a 10% import duty. This amount is paid directly by Zane Hellas to the U.S. authorities on behalf of our customers.

In addition, a €4.20 handling fee applies to cover customs processing and administrative costs.

These charges are included in the shipping process to ensure smooth delivery and avoid delays during customs clearance.

2. Delivery

You can find the estimated delivery time for your country in the following table; very occasionally, shipping can take a little longer (our company is based in Greece).

3. On-time Delivery Guarantee

Full refund if the order isn’t received within the guaranteed delivery time. If you haven’t received your order within the following day limits (counting from the completion day of your order) contact us at [email protected] and we will refund your order.
