Directions

For internal use: You should always dilute pure oregano oil in oil (such as olive oil, coconut oil etc.), or with a half glass of water, juice, or milk, before using it.  A good ratio is 10% to 20% ( 2 – 4 drops of Oregano Oil in a teaspoon of olive oil ) and drink it once a day followed by a glass of water. If the mixture is too strong for you, start with 2 drops of Oregano Oil and gradually step up to 4 drops. A heat sensation is normal.

For external use: For skin application, you must dilute the oil in a carrier oil like jojoba oil, or olive oil, at ratio of 10% to 30%. (Depends on the heat sensation that you experience) using 4 – 6 drops of oregano oil per teaspoon of carrier oil.  A heat sensation is normal. Do not apply on open wounds.
