  9. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

    Personal data related to your role as a customer of our online shop such as details of your placed orders will be kept for as long as you are an active customer.

    We will keep your data for direct marketing until you withdraw your consent. For e-mail marketing, we will consider you an inactive customer if you haven’t opened an e-mail for within the last year. After this time period, your personal data will be deleted.

    Regarding our customer services, we will use your personal data to manage your queries, answer questions, handle complaints and delivery issues through e-mail, our chat function, telephone and through social media. We will keep your data for 12 months, after this period your data will be fully deleted.
